Full-surface sublimation printing

With this great printing process, you can have the roof and the side panels of your pop up gazebo printed with photo-realistic motifs. The sublimation print is scratch-resistant and the colours are vivid and intense. It is the perfect technique to customise your pop up gazebo and to turn it into something truly unique!

With sublimation printing, your design is printed on a white fabric and thanks to a special process, the ink deeply penetrates the fabric. This gives your pop up gazebo an exceptional look and you can be sure that the print will last and withstand any adventure.

Logos and Lettering

Thermal Transfer Printing

Thermal transfer printing is the perfect way to bring your pop up gazebo to life with lettering and logos.

And this is how it works: Your favourite motif is printed on a foil and then carefully cut out. Your personal design is then printed onto the fabric of the pop up gazebo with millimetre precision using a heat press. The result? High quality that will make you stand out from the crowd! This printing process is suitable for every type and colour of our textiles.

Screen Printing

If you would like to print the same motif more than once on one or several gazebos, then the screen printing is the right choice for you.

With screen printing, simply designed lettering and logos with clear lines are transferred to a screen printing frame using modern and carefree chemical processes. These motifs are then applied to the textile of your choice with the so-called screen printing squeegee. It is a extremely careful process, which guarantees the production of individual pop up gazebos with your print motif in the highest quality.

What is the process for the customisation of a pop up gazebo?

The very first thing you do is find the right gazebo size, then the textile you want. Decide how many pop up gazebos you would like to purchase and then tell your contact person your ideas for the graphics. Send us your logo or the photos you would like to print on your customised gazebo.
Drafts
Your contact person will pass everything on to our design team, who will get to work immediately and produce both a 2D and 3D design of your pop up gazebo - everything within 24 hours. This way you can check your future gazebo from all angles and let us know of any changes you would like to make.
Confirmation
We adjust the design until you are 100 % satisfied with the result and only then we’ll start with the printing.
Printing
We don’t only have our own graphics department, we also have a print shop! Therefore, as soon as you have confirmed the graphic design, we will start the production and printing of the pop up gazebo, which will be delivered within a maximum of 2 weeks.

We are proud of the ECO PASSPORT for the printing ink we use for our tent fabrics. ECO PASSPORT certified substances have been tested for pollutants in critical concentrations as listed in the ECO PASSPORT standard. The label thus transparently demonstrates which articles meet the criteria for ecologically responsible textile production. Once a year, OEKO-TEX® updates the banned substances and limit values and expands them to include new scientific findings or legal requirements.

By means of digital printing (sublimation printing), photos can be printed in high quality on the roof or the side panels of the pop up gazebo. For optimal printing, the photo format should be 1:1 at 100 dpi or 1:100 at 300 dpi.

Thanks to our in-house graphics department at our headquarters in South Tyrol - Italy, we develop the first graphic design within 24 hours of receiving your request. As soon as you have confirmed the design, we will start with the production and you will receive your pop up gazebo in a maximum of 2 weeks.

Which files are necessary for the creation of the designs?

Easy

Logos, lettering and photos in the right format

Vector files are always best, as they can be enlarged without loss of quality.
Depending on the type of print, you can also send us other file formats. Here you will find a complete overview of the options that you have:

For screen printing we need vector files (ai/pdf/eps).
Vector files (ai/pdf/eps) are also needed for thermal transfer printing. If it’s not possible for you to send us vector files, we can print your logo by manually removing the background, but this is a stopgap measure.
Vector data and/or high resolution images are required for sublimation printing.
For a full-surface sublimation print we need:
- The print file at a scale of 1:1 with a resolution of 100 dpi or at a scale of 1:10 with a resolution of 300 dpi.
- All fonts must be converted to paths.
- The print file must not have any overhangs or crop marks.
- All images must be embedded in the file.
